Coiled Hoses

Coiled hoses are manufactured from a profiled strip that is wound in a helical pattern with the ends interlocked. Depending on the application, spiral hoses are manufactured with either seamed or interlocked profiles—ranging from highly flexible interlocked profiles to robust seamed designs.

Spiral hoses are used as flexible, temperature- and aging-resistant components in exhaust technology, as protective hoses for electrical cables and optical fibers, and as extraction and conveyance hoses.


Protective Hoses – Extremely Robust and Versatile
By selecting the appropriate material for the hose—and, if necessary, the seal and coating—a wide
range of requirements for leak tightness, corrosion resistance, and temperature resistance can be met.

Extraction and Conveying Hoses – for Solid and Gaseous Substances
The coiled metal hoses are highly flexible, lightweight, and easy to install. Applications
include the conveyance of hot and cold air, steam, exhaust gases, and smoke, as well as the transport of dust, wood and metal chips,
granules, grain, etc.

Flexible Arms – Goosenecks
High load-bearing capacity, flexibility combined with bending rigidity, robustness, and versatility are the hallmarks of the “flexible
arms” made of stainless steel and brass/spring steel. They are used, for example, as microphone and lamp holders for optoelectronic
devices and as coolant hoses on machine tools.
